Ensalada de betabel/ Beet salad

Mixed greens served with roasted beet, cucumber and bell peppers tossed in a tomatillo dressing.

Esquite/ Hot and spicy corn salad      

Fresh sweet corned kernels served with queso fresco, lime juice and chili powder (add fresh crab for $2).

Cocktail de camarón/ Shrimp cocktail       

Shrimp marinated in tomatoes, limes, green chili, lime juice served with fried   tortillas and avocado.

Sopa de los dioses/ Soup of the gods       

Fresh and light zucchini blossom soup.

Tostada de pollo/frijol      

Fried tortillas topped with chicken or black bean, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and Mexican queso fresco.

Plato de fondo/ Main course served with homemade tortillas

Calabacines rellenos carne o verduras/ stuffed zuchinnies with meat or vegetables

Baked zucchinis stuffed with meat or vegetables and cheese served with rice and beans.

Carnitas servido con papas y zanahoria/ Roast pork
