Everything went GREAT! Thank you so much! The food was excellent. The best that we’ve had. I walked around during lunch and asked folks if they were enjoying it, and everyone just lit up and said how delicious it was. I also really appreciated that we pretty much had a zero waste meal. We collected all the compostables, and I put them in my yard waste container.

Please share my appreciations with the whole MIJAS crew. Also, some people asked me for your contact info so that they could use MIJAS for their next events. Should I pass along this email address?

I look forward to continuing to work with MIJAS.

Dear MIJAS,

Thank you for catering our volunteer luncheon. It is something truly rare and wonderful to offer delicious and healthy food to a large group of people who may eat diets that are gluten-free,vegan or have other dietary concerns. Your food allowed us to share a group meal without exception and that was very special! Also, because the catering was so affordable, we will be sure to call on you in the future.

As a non-profit agency manager, I am committed to supporting the noble work of organizations which honor empowerment. I truly admire the work and mission of MIJAS and look forward to working with you again soon.
